Business and information technology (BIT) student ambassadors are an exceptional group of students representing all four degree programs offered by our department: BS in business and management systems, BS in information science and technology, MBA in business administration, and MS in information science and technology. Student ambassadors are appointed by the BIT student affairs committee on the advice of department faculty and current student ambassadors.
BIT student ambassadors provide valuable feedback to the department on a variety of issues and communicate department happenings with the greater student body. Further, the student ambassadors are often called to represent the department at networking events and other official functions. BIT ambassadors are recognized with honors cords at graduation.
